Shaleen Malova

Originally from Kenya, Shaleen relocated to Australia in 2020 as an international student before beginning her lash journey in 2022. After recognising a lack of representation for Black owned lash artists within the Sydney beauty industry, she felt inspired to create a space where women from the African community could feel understood, comfortable, and properly cared for.

Through conversations with clients and members of the community, Shaleen realised many women struggled to find lash artists who understood their natural lashes and beauty needs. Hearing experiences of damaged natural lashes and negative treatment inspired her to make a difference by offering a more inclusive and supportive experience.

Since starting her business, Shaleen has continued to grow through genuine client relationships, honest feedback, and a commitment to improving both her communication and technical skills. Her approach focuses on quality, client satisfaction, and creating an experience where every client feels valued, understood, and confident in their lash journey.
