Hitomi Smith

Hitomi began her journey in the lash industry in 2013. After a short break early in her career, she returned to the industry in 2016 with renewed dedication as eyelash extensions gained popularity again. She started by running a home-based salon for five years before expanding into a shop location, where she now leads a salon team and has been successfully operating the business with staff for the past four years.

Throughout her career, Hitomi has invested in extensive professional training to refine her skills and stay up to date with industry techniques. In 2018, she also stepped into the competition scene and has since achieved eight awards in volume lash categories, reflecting her commitment to quality and precision.

As a trainer, Hitomi places strong emphasis on building a solid theoretical foundation alongside technical skill. Her training approach focuses on helping artists understand not only how to perform techniques, but also the reasoning behind them. By combining quality-focused practice with deep industry knowledge, she aims to help lash artists develop both strong technical ability and confident professional thinking.
