Elvyra Grigaliūnienė

Elvyra Grigaliūnienė began working in the beauty industry out of a wish to help women feel more confident, and lash extensions quickly became her focus. Since 2021 she has built her skills through steady training and daily work with clients, gradually moving into advanced techniques including Volume styling and UV-LED lash systems. Working across many different eye shapes and lash conditions taught her how much customised styling matters.

In 2025 she began teaching. Her courses are built around quality, precision and confidence, and she gives significant attention to technique, hygiene, client consultations, lash mapping and styling. She teaches students not only how to apply lashes, but how to read their clients and avoid the mistakes that cost retention. Each course combines theory, hands-on practice and personal guidance, and she also covers the subjects that are often skipped: portfolio building, social media, client retention and the basics of running a beauty business.

Together with her sister she co-founded a beauty studio in the Klaipėda district, offering a full range of professional beauty services. Alongside her lash work she is developing her own brand, Elvi Beauty Empire, and continues to support her students after their training ends.
