Throughout her lash career, Baiba has trained in a variety of techniques, styles, and lash mapping methods, allowing her to tailor each set to the individual client. She believes every woman is unique, both inside and out, and her work reflects that philosophy. Her ability to adapt to different eye shapes, preferences, and personalities has led to a loyal client base and a fully booked schedule.

Currently working from her own rented space within a hair salon, Baiba has created a professional and welcoming environment where clients feel valued and understood. Her approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty while ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
