Alyssa Alderete began her career in the lash industry in 2018, shortly after the birth of her son. Seeking a career that offered both flexibility and fulfilment, she quickly built a loyal clientele within six to nine months - eventually reaching full capacity and establishing a waitlist.

In 2023, Alyssa took the next step in her professional journey by becoming an instructor. After thorough research and a strong commitment to the lash industry, she chose RM Academy to gain the knowledge and support needed to thrive in this new role. As her career continues to evolve, Alyssa remains focused on setting new goals and making a meaningful impact within the lash community.

Her training style is defined by precision, attention to detail, and a dedication to flawless application. She carefully maps each lash design to suit her clients’ unique eye shapes and preferences, combining speed with accuracy to achieve outstanding results. Clear and thoughtful communication during consultations is also a key part of her approach—ensuring every client leaves with a look that enhances their natural features without compromising shape or suitability.

Alyssa is currently expanding her team and has recently opened a brand new salon space to continue sharing her passion and expertise.
